CES recap

Last week I covered CES for Engadget in Las Vegas. It was a lot of hard work with little sleep, but it was also a total blast!

In addition to reporting on several of the new devices announced at the event, I was interviewed by T3ch H3lp (video), and I bumped into some hard-to-find, already released phones.

Take a look at my pictures (slide show) of the Meizu M9, Dell Venue, ZTE Blade/Orange San Francisco, and HTC EVO Shift 4G after the break…

My CES posts for Engadget:
Mophie Pulse
Samsung Infuse 4G
Motorola Atrix 4G
Huawei Ideos X5
iPhone 4/iPad KIRF
LG booth tour
Aigo A8/Altek Leo

My other contributions:
Verizon LTE
HTC Thunderbolt
Dell Streak 7
Intel Oasis
Samsung displays
Bug Labs

My podcast appearances:
- Classic show 005 (video)
Mobile 069
Mobile 070
Mobile 071

Other notable posts:
- Best of CES
- This was CES
- Gear of CES

The Motorola Atrix 4G was definitely the star of the show, and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on a review unit.

In the meantime, I have an LG VL600 LTE USB modem, a Motorola CLIQ 2 smartphone, and a Cr-48 Chrome notebook to play with.

Also, this year I’m committed to resuming my monthly podcast, and I’m going to Mobile World Congress for the first time, so stay tuned :)

Ah yes I just wanna say I live vicariously through you and all the fun you have while exploring the world of mobile technology. Very informative interview, sadly the sound quality was poor due to all the background noise. I just subscribed to you feeds. Keep up the great reviews.
